This site is an incredible resource for the DBT community. Whether you are new to DBT and looking to learn the skills or have been through a program and want to keep them fresh in mind, there are resources for every level. The skills modules comprehensively cover basic DBT curriculum while the webinars and special topics allow you to delve deeper in an interactive manner. My personal favorite aspect is the daily emails, which act as a reminder each morning of a skill to keep in the forefront of my mind. Dr. Hall uses real life examples to help illustrate how useful these skills can be to anyone’s life.

DBT™ skills have been an important part of my life for quite a while. I can say that they really can help you achieve the life you want. When I first started DBT™, I had a lot of problems with my emotions and relationships. Through learning and practicing the skills, I have come to the point that I am living a happy life, the life I always wanted.
I was learning DBT™ when the website was first created. It made it easy to find information on the skills as well as about the program, all in one easy to access place. There are other helpfully tools, including videos, a schedule to easily keep up with activities such as webinars and emails on the skills. I have used the website frequently to review and refresh use of the skills. It helps, even after previously learning the skills. The website continues to be updated to make it more user friendly and add additional content. It is a living document which welcomes user feedback in order to help others. That’s what this site is all about, helping others through DBT™.
I can tell you that this program works, through personal experience. I have struggled all through my life with my emotions. Now with the help of DBT™, I am living a happy life. It is so worth it!
