    SKILL DESCRIPTION

    Do you work to not experience difficult emotions? Do you wish you didn’t have emotions? Everyone experiences difficult hours, days, and sometimes weeks.  Getting through those difficult times without making them worse is part of creating a peaceful life without chaos. Learn how to not add unnecessary suffering to pain and how to experience difficult emotions without having them control you.  Learn effective ways to soothe yourself. You’ll also learn how to find freedom through radical acceptance. Radical acceptance means you see and fully accept the truth of what is real.
